These are boxes only. Action Set box has styrofoam included. The Power Set does not have styrofoam, but includes the Power Pad. The Power Pad is sold as is, but was functional when it was last used. Please be aware that it has not been tested, as I do not have a system. Boxes are in fair condition, by no means perfect, and show age with some tape residue and tears. Still great nostalgic pieces for your collection.
