On a cold start. Will play for 20-25 minutes until it overheats, shuts off. Flashes red. It does work. Powers on normally to menu but has an overheating issue. Probably the old thermal paste. Accepts discs as should. Comes with power cord. No hdmi issue or disc. DM...

The eject button works as it should, and all ports are clean and fully functional. The device has been reset, and all accounts have been removed. MPN CECHK01. Storage Capacity 80GB. Platform Sony PlayStation 3.

CECHE01 console;. I do not repair consoles, but have been told a laser either needs cleaning or replacing. The warranty seal is still in tact. This is on version 4.41. Cash pickup in Westland, MI (zip code 48186) also an available option.
