This has a region BIOS installed. Simply power off if you blow the fuse (this was a common fault of these consoles), and it will reset when turned back on. The internal clock battery is replaced with a battery socket.

VMU has new batteries installed. Soulcalibur is fully tested. Sega Dreamcast Console Bundle. System is fully tested and works great.
