This looks like it’s an OPEN BOX System, nothing looks used, but we did test it to make sure it works. It does indeed work PERFECTLY. Tested with both a Sega Genesis and Sega CD attached. Power Adapter works great.

If you are good at testing power or replacing capacitors, then you may have better luck as it was working just fine until recently. Modded with S-Video (was working, but not powering on now, capacitor issue?).
